All course costs include training materials and student handbooks. Costs are exclusive of VAT.

Each course stipulates prerequisites for students which must be adhered to. In the event that a student does not meet these prerequisites and Sharopa Training Ltd believes their attendance will have a detrimental impact on the course and the learning outcomes of other students, we reserve the right to remove the student from the course with no refund issued.

Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email, however a booking is only regarded as confirmed on submission of a booking form which includes a purchase order number. Provisional bookings will only be valid for 5 working days.

Once client requirements have been discussed and agreed, a booking form including a purchase order number will be required. The purchase order number constitutes a legal offer to purchase products or services from Sharopa Training Ltd.

On receipt of a booking form, an invoice will be raised and forwarded to the client. The client is required to pay the amount stated on the invoice in full via bank transfer before attendance at any course or within 30 days of the service date, as appropriate. Special arrangements will be agreed in the event of late bookings.

Sharopa Training Ltd reserves the right to refuse attendance for students at any course for which payment remains outstanding in full or in part.

If the client hosts the service at their venue, expenses will be charged for two trainers which includes accommodation, subsistence and mileage at 45p per mile for the duration of the service.

All costs are subject to VAT @ 20% which will be added to the invoice.

In the event that a student is unable to attend a course, the client will be required to find a replacement and the substitution will be added at no extra charge. The client will need to ensure the substitute meets the prerequisites of the course. In the event that a student cannot attend the course and no substitution is arranged, then the client must adhere to the cancellation policy.

Sharopa Training Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel a course or service at our discretion with no liability to the company. This may be due to resource issues or other unforeseen circumstances. We will seek to reschedule the course or service to a mutually agreeable date. Sharopa Training Ltd will not be liable for any other loss or expense due the cancellation or rescheduled date.
In the event of a client cancelling a service, the following rules apply:

  • 0 – 30 days = full payment required

  • 31 – 59 days = 50% refund*

  • 60+ days = 100% refund*

*refund of any payments previously collected
In the event of non-attendance, the full student cost will be payable and no refund considered.
In the event of a cancellation and where trainers’ accommodation is booked and purchased, the client will be liable to cover any costs incurred.
